What plans does Heyflow offer?

We offer a variety of plans to meet all your different needs and offer the best product for your individual use case. Here you find a helpful overview of our existing plans, pricing and features.

Where can I find an overview of my plan and quota?

Click on your credentials in the top right corner and click on "Plan" to find an overview of your plan and quota.


How can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time in the checkout to better match your current needs:

  • Choose the right plan: Pick a plan with response limits and features that fit your business today.

  • Unlock advanced tools as you grow: Enable more powerful tools with feature bundles whenever you need them.

  • Add flexible volume add-ons: Scale at your own pace with volume add-ons – starting from EUR 0.15 per additional response or EUR 8 per additional Heyflow.

How can I downgrade my plan?

If you want to downgrade your plan, please contact our support team directly via the chat bubble or, alternatively, via [email protected].


What happens when I downgrade my plan?

If you downgrade your plan, you'll lose access to features from higher plans:

  • Flow Quota: We'll ask you to unpublish flows to meet your funnel quota. They are still saved in your account as inactive.

  • Integrations: Integrations are paused and do not run anymore, but can be resumed upon upgrade.

  • Blocks: If you're still using blocks like Google Maps, Signature or HTML, you'll need to remove these to be able to republish your flow again.

  • Custom Code: Your code is not editable anymore and is ignored in your live flows. As soon as you upgrade, you can use it again.


How can I cancel my plan?

Of course, we're not happy to see you go. But we still want to provide the best support all the way to the end. So here is what you need to do in case you would like to cancel your Heyflow subscription:

  1. Click on your credentials in the top right corner and click on "My Account".

  2. Go to the Plan tab.

  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.

  4. Next, you'll see a short questionnaire about your experience with Heyflow. Your honest feedback helps us improve our products and services in the future and is much appreciated!

  5. At the end of the questionnaire, confirm your cancellation by clicking on "No, I'll leave".

We're very sad to lose you as a customer. So before you go, please consider booking a personal meeting with your Customer Success Manager or get in touch with our team for potential pausing options via [email protected].

πŸ”Ž If you are in the trial, you do not need to actively cancel. It ends automatically after 14 days.
