Each Heyflow plan includes a set number of monthly responses — the number of times users submit your funnels. These limits help ensure smooth performance and predictable billing for all customers.
If your funnels generate more responses than your plan includes, don’t worry: you’ll be notified and can easily increase your response volume directly in the app.

What Happens When You Reach Your Response Limit
When you exceed your response allowance, we apply a mechanism to handle and organize your incoming responses. Here’s what you need to know:
1. You’ll Receive a Notification
We’ll notify you by email when you’ve used up a large portion of your monthly responses. This gives you time to adjust your plan before hitting the limit.
2. Responses Are Stored, Not Lost
If additional responses come in after reaching your limit, they’ll be stored securely — but not displayed in your dashboard or forwarded to your CRM or integrations until you upgrade.
3. You Can Increase Your Volume Anytime
In the app, you can easily add more responses — up to 5,000 per month. Pricing starts at $0.18 per additional response, depending on your plan.

4. Responses Are Released Automatically
Once you’ve increased your response volume, stored responses are released in first-in, first-out (FIFO) order and delivered according to your existing funnel settings.
5. Sensitive Tag & Security Bundle
If you’re on the Scale plan and using the Security Bundle, you can tag responses as Sensitive for extra protection. When you exceed your allowance:
The Sensitive tag will be temporarily disabled for affected responses.
These responses are still stored and, after increasing your volume, will be delivered as usual and marked as sensitive again.
